Our highly qualified fitness trainers will instruct you personally. Depending on your goals and needs, we will put together a tailor-made fitness studio programme for you. Our experienced trainers will of course also familiarise you with the different types of fitness equipment.
Strength training
Our strength training programme focuses on precisely those areas that will bring you visible and tangible success. We offer you an effective combination of strength and HIIT exercises. Anyone can take part in our strength training courses, whether you are a beginner or an elite athlete.

Our exclusive focus sessions help you to boost your motivation, analyse your progress and refocus your goals. Through these moments of reflection, you can adjust your training plan according to your goals and needs at any time.
